Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business, including both standard and high-net-worth accounts. If you are a driven professional with a passion for providing exceptional service and a strong background in personal lines insurance, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in premium
  • Handling renewals, quoting, marketing, and account management from start to finish
  • Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and upselling opportunities
  • Quoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role)
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insurance
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Timely, reliable, and driven
