ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain meaningful partnerships with independent insurance agencies throughout the region.
Review new business submissions to ensure they meet our underwriting appetite and standards.
Provide hands-on support to agents by answering coverage questions and helping them navigate complex submissions.
Identify gaps in coverage for our agency partners and suggest appropriate product solutions.
Coordinate educational sessions and product launches to keep our agency partners informed.
Monitor production reports and work closely with agents to identify growth opportunities.
RequirementsCurrent Property & Casualty insurance producer license in Maryland.
Five or more years of experience managing independent agent relationships.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding production targets.
Deep knowledge of commercial lines underwriting and policy structure.
Proficiency in agency management systems and carrier portals.
Strong public speaking skills for delivering presentations to agency partners.
Ability to travel within the region to visit partner offices.
