About Factory:
Our mission is to bring autonomy to software engineering.
We build software development agents that accelerate the world's largest enterprise engineering teams. We're helping customers including Nvidia, Adobe, Adyen, Klarna, and Ernst & Young turn their engineering organizations into autonomous development systems - shipping code, reviewing PRs, running tests, and deploying continuously.

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure operational alignment across payroll, compliance, equity administration, and employee records.
  • Drive operational readiness for headcount growth, ensuring processes and infrastructure scale ahead of hiring velocity.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, document, and improve scalable processes in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity, with comfort using people analytics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
  • Past experience at high-growth or early-stage companies preferred.
