Position: Remote Payroll Clerk

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Payroll Clerk to join our team at Liberty Mutual. As a Payroll Clerk, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the processing of requests for reimbursements, fronted fee reporting, and check runs and postings. In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing other reports as directed by the finance and operations manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing requests for reimbursements

- Handle fronted fee reporting

- Conduct check runs and postings 2-3 times weekly

- Prepare other reports as directed by finance and operations manager

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payroll transactions

- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information

- Communicate with employees and management to resolve any payroll related issues

- Keep up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations

- Provide support to other payroll team members as needed

Requirements:

- Personal computer with printer

- Availability to work part-time 

- Must be able to work remotely

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software

- Prior experience in payroll or accounting is preferred
