Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Scan, organize, and link employee files and payroll documents within the imaging software system to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Provide customer support to University faculty, staff, and students by responding to payroll-related questions and assisting with required forms and documentation.
  • Deliver payroll-related paperwork to various departments across campus in a timely manner.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support payroll operations.
  • Complete special projects and additional assignments as directed by the Payroll Director and/or Assistant Payroll Director.
