Job description

Part-Time Payment Processing Associate

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Onsite)

Compensation: $12.75/hour
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Training Schedule

  • Training will take place Tuesday through Thursday, starting at 9:00 AM until release
  • Duration: 2-3 weeks
  • A 10-key and typing assessment will be conducted during the interview process

Work Schedule

  • 7:00 AM until all work is completed
  • Scheduled days: Monday-Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

Position Overview

The Payment Processing Associate provides critical support to client operations through accurate and efficient data entry and document processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks to support production and client operations
  • Review documents to identify and extract relevant information
  • Accurately process data in accordance with client guidelines and posting rules
  • Research and resolve discrepancies or problematic payments
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting production standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Strong 10-key skills (assessment required)
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • This is an onsite role; remote work is not available
  • Candidates must be reliable and able to meet both training and work schedule requirements

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $12.75
