Support the Payment Operations That Power Enterprise Banking

SVS Group is partnering with a well-established global financial services organization to support high-volume, mission-critical payment operations. We are seeking detail-oriented, client-focused Payment Processing Specialists who bring hands-on experience with payment channels and a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and white-glove service.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with clients, solving complex payment issues, and supporting secure financial transactions in a structured, fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Payment Processing Specialist, you will provide both client-facing support and operational execution across multiple payment channels, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, securely, and on time.

Client-Facing Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients utilizing ACH, Wires, Host-to-Host, and API payment channels

  • Guide clients through onboarding, testing, and implementation

  • Troubleshoot transaction issues and clearly explain payment workflows and requirements

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions

  • Deliver professional, timely, and accurate communication aligned with service level expectations

Payment Operations & Accuracy
  • Execute payment transactions in accordance with documented procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Ensure accuracy in transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting

  • Identify discrepancies or risks and escalate per defined protocols

  • Support daily operational workflows with consistency and attention to detail

Compliance & Risk
  • Adhere to all regulatory, security, and compliance standards

  • Support audits and risk reviews by providing documentation and evidence

  • Maintain strong internal controls and data integrity

Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with IT, Operations, and Client Service teams to resolve issues efficiently

  • Provide clear status updates, issue tracking, and progress reporting

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking professionals who combine payments expertise with strong communication and organizational skills.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services or payments operations

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • ACH

    • Wires

    • Host-to-Host (H2H)

    • API payment processing

  • Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs

  • Comfortable working 100% on-site in Tampa

  • Spanish language skills are a plus
