Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service Industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

What You’ll Do:  
You’ll be a key player as our Ops Clerk; you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support Operational activities in a 24/7 facility. Schedule will include work on weekends and/or holidays.

 In This Role You’ll:   
  • Accurately receive and enter customer orders, ensuring complete and correct information
  • Process key documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver records, variances, credits/debits, and product complaints
  • Print and distribute order forms to support smooth and efficient customer ordering
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized customer files and records
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring  
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with order processing procedures and customer service techniques
  • Ability to manage complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to acting in alignment with GSF’s Values and Creed
  Schedule & Setting:  
  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)  
  • Shift : Must be flexible
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
