The Operations Clerk role is a critical position for the organization. The Operations Clerk assists the organization in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. This is a multi-functional position that will manage processes and assist where the business need arises. This position will work closely with Loan Operations Coordinators.


Responsibilities:

  • Mail Processing, scanning, and delivery of applicable documents 
  • Denial processing for consumer loans
  • One Click Loan Campaign document processing
  • Mortgage Discharge Filing
  • Providing member service and operation support through phone, and email communications 
  • Assist Loan Operations department as needed with daily tasks

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One to Three years similar or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite


Ideal candidates will have strong availability Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 1pm on Saturdays. This position is located in Battle Creek Michigan
