Production Clerk

SBA Home North Carolina The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from an EU member country, Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US.

Today we are looking for a Production Clerk to support production operations through accurate SAP data management, inventory coordination, reporting, and administrative support.

Support production efficiency and operational accuracy, including:

  • Accurately enter materials, product data, inventory updates, and material usage into SAP and related systems to maintain real-time records
  • Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels in SAP and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to prevent shortages or overstock
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports by extracting SAP data, highlighting key performance metrics and discrepancies
  • Support the production team with administrative tasks, including tracking work-in-progress, verifying production schedules in SAP, and resolving data entry issues
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure data integrity across all systems
  • Assist with monitoring production flow and supporting process optimization efforts
  • Communicate and organize production information while supporting best practices across teams
