Production Administrative Assistant
Texas Tissue Converting - Conroe, TX
Texas Tissue Converting is seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrative Assistant to support our Production team. This role is responsible for production reporting, data entry, scheduling support, document control, KPI reporting, payroll/timekeeping verification, and coordinating communication between Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and HR.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily production reports and KPI metrics
  • Enter and maintain ERP/MES production data
  • Assist with production scheduling and documentation
  • Maintain training records, SOPs, and production files
  • Support payroll/timekeeping and production meetings
  • Assist with audits and cross-functional communication
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • ERP/MES experience is a plus
