Shop/Admin Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Process timecards/hours for mechanic and staff
  • Open/close work orders, create invoices, verify/reconcile purchase orders
  • Customer contact - in person, phone, email
  • Admin tasks as assigned

You'd be great for the Shop/Admin Clerk position if you have:
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of consistent administrative/office experience
  • Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel
