Job description

Payment Processing Associate 

WORK SCHEDULE:

Hours of Operation:
Full-Time, M-Saturday (Wednesday' s off) 6 am-2:30 pm 
Hourly Rate: $16.50

About the Role 

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative/clerical support for business operations. Review payments. 
  • Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
  • Provide production services to client operating by performing data entry tasks. 
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
  • Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.
  • Handle multiple assignments.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.
  • Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
  • Research problematic payments

Idea Candidate
Banking and payment experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting. 
  • Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. 
  • Good attendance/punctuality 
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative teamwork
  • Technical ability to use computers with multiple apps at the same time

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.50
