Location: Dallas

Reports to: Director, Client Experience

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Sales Support - Payment Processing sales and sales operations support for our Client Experience Specialist team, Accounting and Showrooms.

Work Schedule: in-office schedule during standard business hours. Two of the work days per week may be worked remotely and may rotate based on business needs and team coverage. Specific scheduling will be coordinated with your manager.

What you'll be doing:

● Manage daily incoming credit card, ACH, Wire payments and distribute to sales orders.
● Organize, fill out, and post daily journals of credit card payments.
● Export and send weekly payment reports to accounting where applicable.
● Perform and manage Intercompany Transfers when needed.
● Handle online orders for our company and direct client communication when needed

● Support the sales team with timely payment processing.
● Support Accounting with timely and accurate reporting.
● Demonstrate and continuously expand your comprehensive knowledge of products and processes.
● Participate in developmental team meetings and activities to contribute to the success of the team.
● Other duties as assigned that support our Sales Support and Client Experience team.
