Women's Imaging Specialists is growing, and we're hiring an experienced Payment Poster to join our Revenue Cycle team. If you have 5+ years in medical billing, thrive on accuracy, and want M-F hours supporting women's health, this is your spot.

What you'll do:
  • Post with precision - Accurately post commercial/government insurance payments, patient payments, EOBs, ERAs, and zero-pay remits into Imagine billing system daily
  • Balance daily - Run Imagine Batch Detail Reports, reconcile deposits vs. batches, and resolve discrepancies with Accounting before EOD
  • Research + resolve - Access payer websites, call payers for missing EOBs, stop virtual credit card payments, and investigate claim posting issues
  • Manage refunds - Work credit balance reports and process refunds to comply with 60-day rule as directed
  • Protect compliance - Post denials understanding in/out-of-network rules, maintain HIPAA privacy, and comply with all Fraud & Abuse statutes
  • Support the team - Sort/scan billing correspondence, organize server files, and immediately notify management of system problems

What you bring:
  • Required: 5+ years medical office experience in payment posting, AR, or revenue cycle
  • Required: High school diploma/GED. Medical billing or coding certificate preferred
  • Required: Expert in Word, Excel, Outlook + electronic medical billing systems like Imagine
  • Required: Experience with commercial/government payers, ICD-10, CPT coding, modifiers
  • Required: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, able to prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Required: Basic medical terminology + ability to handle confidential info with trust
  • Preferred: Radiology and banking experience Experience with electronic remits
  • Required: Excellent attendance/punctuality. Must pass criminal background and drug screen
