Job description

Accounts Receivable Specialist
LHH is hiring for an accounts receivable specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is searching for an accounts receivable specialist that will be responsible for receiving and processing Cash Receipts, AR Adjustments, reconciling credit card statement, and miscellaneous AR duties. This position is a contract to hire opportunities working fully in office. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits.
Responsibilities to include:
· Payment Posting of multiple companies
· Post all cash receipts
· Credit card processing
· Reconcile the Bank to Cash posting
· Notify Branches of short payments
· Review & Process AR Adjustments
· Perform client account reconciliation
· Reconcile credit card statement at month end
This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $24-$28/hr depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
