Job Description:

The Payment Poster is responsible for posting payments received from patients and insurance companies to patient accounts, ensuring accurate tracking of all transactions. This role includes reconciling payments with accounts and preparing financial reports for the billing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.

Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches.

Assist in resolving discrepancies related to payments.
