Job Title : Payment Poster
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Location: Braintree, MA (On-site)
Compensation: $22 - $25 / Hour (based on experience)

Overview:
Addison Group is seeking a Payment Poster for a growing healthcare organization in Braintree, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a high-growth environment.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts
  • 30-minute lunch
  • Flexible start time between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Responsibilities:
  • Post payments from various sources: mail, credit card, ACH/EFT, and 835 files
  • Reconcile batch totals and resolve unapplied payments
  • Monitor and resolve remit station errors
  • Download and process EOBs from clearinghouses or payer portals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely posting
  • Work denials and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Perform other billing-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of healthcare administrative, billing or payment posting experience
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (any EMR is acceptable)
