Entry-Level Medical Cash Poster Job in Carmel, IN - Hiring Now
LHH is partnering with a trusted healthcare client in Carmel, IN to hire an Entry-Level Medical Cash Poster. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing. While previous medical cash posting experience is preferred, it is not required-candidates with strong cash handling and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Post payments accurately from insurance companies, patients, and third-party payers
  • Balance daily cash receipts and ensure accuracy of transactions
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments and accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate financial records in internal systems
  • Support billing and AR teams with additional administrative duties
  • Utilize Excel and other systems to track and reconcile payment activity
Qualifications
