Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Cash Poster who will be responsible for managing same-day posting requirements for all banking activities, downloading daily bank activity, reviewing auto-posted ERA 835 files in ECW, and resolving unidentified payments. The role demands high diligence in managing daily incoming work and requires a readiness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure same-day posting for all banking activities each day.
  • Download daily bank activities and open batch posting sheets.
  • Review auto-posted ERA 835 files in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
  • Examine denials, credit balances, zero pays, deductibles, and contractual adjustments.
  • Resolve unidentified payments posted to dummy accounts.

Qualifications
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the "why".
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel data entry skills.
