Role Description The Trainee Payment Posting role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. In this role, the trainee will learn to review and post insurance and patient payments into the billing system, reconcile payment batches, and ensure accurate allocation of funds to the appropriate accounts. Daily tasks may include verifying explanation of benefits (EOBs), identifying posting discrepancies, assisting with refunds or adjustments, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. The trainee will collaborate with the revenue cycle team, follow established posting procedures, maintain data accuracy, and protect patient confidentiality.
