As a Manager of Partner Success, you will directly manage a team and serve as the primary account owner and strategic relationship lead for a portfolio of Side's Real Estate partners. In this role, you will focus on driving partner performance, operational excellence, retention, and thoughtful expansion through strong, trust based relationships.
You will work closely with partners to translate business goals into clear operating plans, support adoption of Side's brokerage platform, and identify opportunities for growth through existing partner relationships, referrals, and market insight.
This role is highly consultative and collaborative, requiring strong cross functional coordination to ensure partners receive the right support at the right time while expanding Side's presence organically within their markets.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Partner Success Managers to build productive relationships, define the strategic direction and enable partner business growth through.
  • Serve as the primary account owner and strategic partner for a portfolio of real estate partners.
  • Build trusted, long term relationships and develop strategic account plans aligned to partner goals and Side's objectives.
  • Lead annual business planning and ongoing operational support to improve performance, efficiency, and platform adoption.
  • Support growth by identifying expansion opportunities through existing partner relationships, referrals, and market insight.
  • Act as a connector between partners, Sales, and internal teams to advance well aligned opportunities.
  • Coach partners through regular virtual and in person meetings focused on performance, operations, and execution.
  • Spend time in market visiting partners, attending key meetings, and building strong local relationships to deepen partnership and understand on the ground needs.
  • Represent Side at partner, community, and industry events to strengthen relationships and reinforce Side's presence in the market.
  • Proactively identify risks, coordinate cross functional support, and ensure strong retention and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and represent Side in partner and industry events.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, operations, consulting, business management, or business ownership.
  • Residential real estate experience required, with strong understanding of brokerage operations.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Prior people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing high performing customer facing teams.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, including familiarity with brokerage or team P and Ls.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Relationship driven, service oriented, and community minded.
