Job description

Company Overview:
Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody. Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.
We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!
The Opportunity:
BlinkRx is building the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud - a centralized platform that reimagines how branded medications reach patients. At the core of this model is a high-performing national pharmacy fulfillment network. We are seeking a strategic operator to help design, scale, and optimize this network.
You will own critical external partnerships while operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution. You will identify structural opportunities, solve ambiguous operational challenges, and help build the systems - including AI-enabled workflows and automation infrastructure - that power a next-generation healthcare platform. This role is ideal for someone coming from consulting or a high-growth environment who wants to move from influencing decisions to owning results.
What You'll Own:
  • Network Strategy & Performance Architecture
    • Develop and refine the operating model for BlinkRx's national pharmacy network
    • Define performance frameworks across cost, service levels, scalability, and risk
    • Identify structural improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
    • Lead executive-level business reviews focused on strategic optimization and long-term partnership evolution
    • Translate insights into clear action plans with measurable impact
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Patient Services to drive complex initiatives
    • Convert ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams
    • Ensure network considerations are embedded in product design and growth planning
    • Drive initiatives end-to-end - from hypothesis through implementation
  • Strategic Partner Management
    • Serve as a senior point of contact for key pharmacy partners
    • Elevate relationships from transactional to strategic and performance-oriented
    • Navigate negotiations, incentive alignment, and contractual discussions
    • Balance partner collaboration with performance accountability
  • Operating System Execution
    • Build scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, and escalation management
    • Design playbooks and SOPs that are built for automation-readiness and enable growth without operational fragility
    • Support new partner onboarding and network expansion strategy
    • Continuously improve the feedback loops between network performance and internal execution
  • AI, Automation & Operational Scale
    • Identify automation opportunities across network workflows and partner operations, and prioritize them by impact and feasibility
    • Partner with Product & Engineering to scope, build, and deploy tooling that reduces manual effort and improves SLA performance
    • Champion AI-assisted workflows across the function - from order operations to reporting to partner communications
    • Translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements
    • Build feedback loops that continuously surface inefficiencies and convert them into automation roadmap inputs

What We're Looking For:
  • 5-8+ years in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level communication
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • High ownership mindset - you don't wait for clarity; you create it
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven process design - and a genuine belief that technology should do the repetitive work so people can do the high-value work
  • Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex regulated industries (direct industry experience not required)

Why Join Us:
It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population. At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year. Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
Applicants who provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages may receive SMS or MMS updates from Blink Health regarding their application.
