Job description

Weโ€™ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isnโ€™t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Letโ€™s grow better, together.

The Role

As part of our Off-Street North America team, the Partner Operations Manager works as a cross-functional peer to the Partner Integrations Manager, owning the operational, financial, and data backbone of the partner and off-street portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Off-Street Partner Program, you will operate as a collaborative counterpart to members of the Off-Street Account Management and Partner teams to drive operational execution. You will manage and track partner revenue through dashboards and reporting tools, build and maintain queries to support data-driven decisions, and continuously improve and automate operational workflows to increase efficiency. Additionally, you will retain ownership of off-street area activation, signage order processing, and launch coordination, while partnering closely with internal teams on troubleshooting and monitoring Zendesk tickets to ensure partner-facing KPIs are consistently met.

How to make an impact
  • Manage and track partner revenue performance through dashboards and reporting tools, building and maintaining queries to support revenue analysis and partner reporting.
  • Create ad hoc and recurring reports to answer revenue, performance, and operational questions from internal stakeholders, while proactively identifying trends or anomalies in partner revenue data.
  • Identify manual or repetitive workflows, design scalable processes, and build and implement automation for recurring operational tasks.
  • Document standard operating procedures, maintain process consistency, and collaborate with internal and external resource teams to pilot and roll out new tools or systems.
  • Work closely with partners and the Integrations team to support partner integrations end-to-end, serving as an operational point of contact and coordinating resolution paths across Integrations, Support, and Sales.
  • Monitor partner support tickets through Zendesk to ensure response and resolution KPIs are met, track ticket trends, and report on KPI performance.
  • Own off-street area intake and activation by initializing requests, ensuring accurate details, tracking requests through activation, and communicating timelines to partners.
  • Process signage orders by collecting requirements, submitting and tracking orders, monitoring delivery timelines, and coordinating alignment with launch dates.
  • Drive launch coordination by supporting go-live planning, tracking readiness, completing cross-functional dependencies, and assisting with post-launch signage install follow-up.
  • Oversee partner relationship alignment by maintaining partner agreements for accurate financial terms, resolving discrepancies with Finance, conducting periodic check-ins, and escalating operational concerns when necessary.
About you

You are an analytical, process-driven, and collaborative operational professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You possess a strong process-improvement mindset and enjoy solving complex problems by turning raw data into actionable insights. You excel at building strong peer relationships across functional teams and take pride in streamlining workflows to help partners and internal stakeholders succeed.

Your background
  • Experience in partner operations, revenue operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role.
  • Proficiency with data query systems (such as Looker) and dashboard/BI tools.
  • Experience working with Zendesk or a comparable ticketing platform.
  • Strong process-improvement mindset with a track record of building or automating workflows.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively as a peer partner to other functional leads.

This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia
