So, what's the role all about?
The AI & Partner Systems Strategy Manager leads the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that transform Partner Operations at scale. This role focuses on building AI agents, intelligent workflows, automation frameworks, and advanced analytics. that modernize operational processes, increase efficiency, and unlock data-driven decision making across the partner ecosystem.
How will you make an impact
  • Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across Partner Operations, identifying manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes and redesigning them using AI, automation, and intelligent workflows
  • Design and implement AI agents that support partner onboarding, enablement, support, data enrichment, workflow orchestration, and operational decision making
  • Drive the technical strategy for intelligent automation, leveraging machine learning, generative AI, rules engines, and event-driven architectures
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Data and Partner Operations teams to build, integrate, and deploy AI solutions using modern development practices and scalable architectures
  • Translate operational and business problems into clear technical requirements, system designs, and implementation roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and dashboards that provide deep visibility into partner operations, system performance, and AI effectiveness
  • Evaluate, prototype, and operationalize new AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms, ensuring security, scalability, observability, and data governance
  • Enable partner operation teams through AI-driven insights, self-service tools, and intelligent user experiences, reducing manual effort and cycle times
  • Leads the global strategy for modernizing the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) ecosystem, ensuring systems align with partner needs and future business requirements. Provides ongoing insights and recommendations based on partner feedback, system analytics, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partners with readiness and enablement teams to ensure partners understand how to effectively use system tools and features.

Have you got what it takes?
  • 5+ years of experience AI transformation, intelligent automation, systems strategy, product engineering, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong hands on or technical experience with AI, machine learning, automation, or agent-based systems
  • Proficiency or working experience with C++ and Javascript, and familiarity with modern software development practices (APIs, event driven systems, microservices)
  • Experience designing or delivering AI-powered workflows, automation platforms, or analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, system integrations, and analytics architectures.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives Working effectively with Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes and operational value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous optimization through data and AI.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with technical teams to deliver system enhancements.

You will have an advantage if you also have:
  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, AI platforms, or workflow automation tools.
  • Background in partner ecosystems, channel management, or partner driven business models.
  • Certifications in product management, AI, project management, or system architecture (e.g., Salesforce, PMP, CSPO).
