The Surgery Operations Performance Manager is responsible for working with department leadership on a daily basis to manage and improve day-to-day department operations. With a focus on daily operational performance, the Surgery Operations Performance Manager will work directly with the department to establish the appropriate priorities, help facilitate issue identification and resolution internally and across departments, establish goals for performance improvement, and monitor trends in key performance indicators. Designs, recommends, and implements operational changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Develops and maintains cooperative relationship with surgeons and anesthesia to ensure smooth interactions and to support needs.
REQUIRED:
1. Bachelors degree in management or field of assigned specialty with five plus years experience in finance, business, consulting, healthcare administration, operations improvement, etc.
PREFERRED:
1. Masters degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
