Our in-house bar, JR's, offers indoor and outdoor seating, billiards, darts, and cornhole. You handle every customer the same way thrilled or frustrated with patience, tact, and a smile that doesn't quit. The Schedule
This is a true weekend leadership role own it start to finish:
  • Friday: ~2:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Saturday: ~11:00 AM – 1:00 AM
  • Sunday: ~11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (or until close)
Monday–Thursday are yours unless we need you to step in and cover for another manager or handle a business need. Hours may extend beyond the standard schedule based on staffing and business demands; flexibility is part of what makes this role — and this team — work.

  • Full command of daily operations across bowling, arcade, laser tag, VR, and JR's bar
    Every guest interaction solving problems before they become bigger ones
    Staffing: scheduling, coverage, interviewing, and onboarding
    Inventory oversight and enthusiastic promotion of sales and new offerings
    Cash handling and payroll accuracy, down to the last detail
    A clean, organized, guest-ready facility at all times
    Clear, fast communication with upper management when it matters

  • Proven leadership ability and a track record of effective team management
    Exceptional customer service skills, with any type of clientele positive or negative
    Strong math and cash-handling skills
    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of supplies regularly
    Open availability for nights, weekends, and all major holidays we're open non-negotiable
