About the Role
We are looking for a Parts Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance within our warehouse and distribution environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, strong inventory control, and a high-performing team-all while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams, improving processes, and delivering results.
What You'll Do
Operations & Performance
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
  • Plan workflow, staffing, and space utilization to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure KPIs are met across all areas of warehouse performance
  • Monitor and improve processes to drive continuous improvement

Inventory & Quality Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies within systems
  • Ensure quality and customer service standards are consistently met

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  • Build a strong, motivated, and accountable team culture
  • Manage staffing levels and adjust resources based on workload
  • Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and development

Financial & Strategic Oversight
  • Monitor departmental costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives
  • Develop and track annual departmental goals and KPIs

Safety & Compliance
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture across all warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For
Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Technical & Operational Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, inventory control)
  • Experience with WMS systems (AS400 or similar preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus
