Responsibilities

  • Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations for the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and operational issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise Shift Managers and team members, providing coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Support new production launches, process stabilization, and capacity expansion projects.
  • Prepare operational reports and present business updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience managing supervisors or operational teams.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
