Title of Position: Hotel Assistant General Manager


Salary: $55k to $60k plus 12% annual bonus, paid quarterly.


Job Responsibilities: The Hotel Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest and client relations. The Hotel Assistant General Manager provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service expectations, maximizing operations, and overall guest satisfaction to maximize profitability. The Hotel Assistant General Manager must plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of all Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, and Front Desk Management departments. The Hotel Assistant General Manager also evaluates changes in guest needs, industry, and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to be made to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, in order to maintain market dominance and achieve exceptional financial returns.
