Summary of This Role

TheRevenueOperationsPartnerships Manageris responsible forbuilding and scaling the operational foundation that supports Auris's partner channel. This role owns the end-to-end partner experience from an operational standpoint, including new partner onboarding and setup, partner sales process design, documentation of operational workflows, and the internal handoffs that move partner-referred leads to our inside and field sales teams. TheRevenueOperationsPartnerships Managerpartners closely withbusiness development,legal, training,sndsales leadership to ensure every partner we bring on is set up for success and every lead a partner sends us is routed, worked, and closed the right way.

This is a remote position that could require up to 15% travel to support partner meetings, training sessions, and key business initiatives; primary travel would be to Oklahoma City, OK.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Own the operational onboarding experience for new partners, including system setup, accessprovisioninganddocumentation delivery

  • Design andmaintainthe partner sales process, including how deals are registered, routed, tracked, and closed across different partner types

  • Partner with our in-house legal team to ensure partner agreements meet company standards and move through review and execution efficiently

  • Document partner operational processes end to end and work closely with the Training team to transfer that knowledge to partners, inside sales, and field sales teams

  • Partner with inside sales and field sales leaders to manage internal processes that handle partner-referred leads, ensuring clean handoffs, clear ownership, and visibility into lead status

  • Serve as the Salesforce power user for all things partner, including partner records, deal registration, reporting, and process improvements

  • Build scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures that keep partner operations running consistently as the program grows

  • Identifygaps and friction points in partner workflows and recommend solutions that improve both the partner experience and internal efficiency

  • Act as a trusted operational advisor to business development leaders by surfacing data, trends, and insights that inform partner strategy

What Are We Looking for in this Role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or Business Development Operations

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, and user support; partner portal or PRM experience is a plus

  • Proventrack recorddocumenting processes and building SOPs that get adopted and followed

  • Experience working with or supporting channel partners, resellers, referral partners, or affiliate programs

  • Comfort working directly with legal teams on agreements, contract workflows, and review cycles

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to15% as needed
