About the role

Jumpstart your career in finance and technology by stepping into a foundational Partner Operations Manager role, where you'll support data-driven strategies for Card-Linked Offers and Affiliate marketing. What you'll do
  • Assists in the research, discovery, collection, and documentation of business requirements for card linked and affiliate offers.
  • Supports the review of existing processes and procedures, workflow analysis, and routine reporting, helping to identify areas for basic improvement.
  • Communicates with external and internal stakeholders and engineering teams on basic business designs, documentation, and analysis to support project execution.
  • Learns and utilizes the frameworks, methodologies, and processes involved in business requirements traceability.
  • Collaborates with experienced associates to understand business needs and translate them into initial process documentation.
  • Assists in communicating with internal stakeholders and engineering teams regarding defined business requirements.
  • Supports multiple business analysis project management processes, focusing on documentation and quality assurance tasks.
  • Contributes to the successful deployment of direct merchant projects through assigned tasks.
  • Assists in the development, analysis, and distribution of routine reporting for card link offer providers and direct merchants.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Exposure to Ad Operations/Ecommerce/Shopping: A foundational understanding or relevant coursework/internship or work experience in the advertising industry is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to handle and interpret data, focusing on transaction, offer, and reward data to support team analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities for internal team interactions and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation and data handling.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience (internships count).
