Job description

BCM One is seeking a Partner Account Manager III Specialist under the SkySwitch to drive partner acquisition, growth, adoption, and long-term success across an assigned portfolio.
In this role, you will use your existing relationships to recruit and develop new partners through December 2027 while helping current partners strengthen performance through strategic account planning, joint business planning, sales enablement, and ongoing relationship management.
You will also serve as a sales specialist for Orbit AI and other key SkySwitch solutions, providing demonstrations, training, and sales support that help partners and end-user customers understand the value of our solutions and accelerate adoption.
Work Locations: This role is hybrid based out of the Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
Travel: 20-30%
What You Will Do:
Partner Recruitment and Growth
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners by leveraging existing industry relationships.
  • Recruit and sign strategic VARs, MSPs, and channel partners aligned with SkySwitch's growth objectives.
  • Guide newly signed partners through onboarding milestones and help them achieve their first sale within established timeframes.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that define revenue goals, growth initiatives, solution priorities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive partner-generated pipeline and recurring revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate progress, address challenges, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor partner engagement, adoption, revenue, and overall performance, implementing growth strategies or corrective actions as needed

Sales Enablement and Solution Expertise
  • Serve as a sales specialist for Orbit AI and other designated SkySwitch solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and training sessions for partners, prospects, and end-user customers.
  • Support partner opportunities through qualification, solution alignment, sales strategy development, and coordination of internal resources.
  • Provide ongoing sales, technical, and operational enablement to improve partner effectiveness and adoption.
  • Assist Partner Account Managers with Orbit AI opportunities and help expand enablement across the partner base.
  • Communicate product enhancements, pricing changes, and other relevant updates to partners.

Relationship and Performance Management
  • Serve as the primary business contact for assigned partners, building strong executive, strategic, and operational relationships.
  • Establish consistent partner communication cadences, including biweekly or monthly meetings as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering, and Support to advocate for partner needs and drive successful outcomes.
  • Encourage partner participation in campaigns, webinars, events, and other growth initiatives.
  • Meet individual Vectors registration goals.

Pipeline and Operational Management
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while proactively advancing partner opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is maintained in CRM and partner management platforms.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to partner acquisition, revenue growth, product adoption, and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and comply with established partner programs and processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual partner acquisition and MRR targets.

What You Will Need:
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, indirect go-to-market, or a related role within technology, SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecommunications.
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling a productive partner ecosystem.
  • Experience working with VARs, MSPs, agents, distributors, or broader channel ecosystems.
  • Experience selling and providing training on AI software and UCaaS products.
  • Strong knowledge of indirect sales models, partner economics, and channel go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing joint business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management and partner-influence skills, with the ability to motivate partners toward shared goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across sales, technical, and executive audiences.
  • The ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven approach, strong forecasting accuracy, and disciplined CRM management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management tools.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and operational rigor.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
