Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is looking to hire a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our pediatric team. The schedule will include afternoon/evening hours and Sundays. Join an enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Register, schedule, and confirm appointments
  • Greet patients and assist with insurance issues
  • Collect charges from self-pay patients upon completion of a visit
  • Complete necessary authorizations, referrals & prescriptions when needed
  • Assist in refiling all charts and lab results daily
  • Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures
  • Attend training and administrative meetings

Requirements:
  • Availability to work Sundays and evenings
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working as a medical receptionist preferred
