Job Details for ON SITE Medical Billing Receptionist:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $18 per hour with growth opportunity
Job Description for ON SITE Medical Billing Receptionist:
  • Provide phone-based and in-person Medical Customer Service
  • Perform receptionist and administrative duties such as check-in check out, Insurance Verification, and appointment scheduling
  • Assist Medical Billing Team with basic Medical Billing and Medical Claims
  • Capture and update confidential client information using Electronic Health Record system (EHR)
  • Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and obtain documentation
Job Requirements for ON SITE Medical Billing Receptionist:
  • REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience working in a call center or professional office setting, medical office experience is a plus
  • REQUIRED: Must have reliable transportation - this position is not bus accessible
  • STRONGLY PREFERRED: Experience in Medical Administrative Assistant, Medical Billing, Medical Customer Service, AR, AP, Medical Claims or similar field
  • PREFERRED: Bilingual English - Spanish
  • Must be proficient with computer use, CRM, EMR, EHR or health database
