Order Processing & Licensing Administrator
Location: Downtown San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing & Licensing Administrator to join our client's team in Downtown San Diego. This position is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations by processing customer orders, managing licensing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent written communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely completion
  • Manage and maintain licensing records, renewals, applications, and related documentation
  • Create, update, and organize electronic and physical files to ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Respond to customer inquiries and internal requests via email and phone in a professional manner
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
  • Track order statuses and provide updates to customers and internal departments
  • Maintain databases and enter customer, licensing, and order information with accuracy
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative documents as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and licensing issues.
  • Support general office administration and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative, order processing, or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
  • Direct hire role
  • Located onsite in Downtown, San Diego
  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST
  • Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually DOE
