LOCATION:

This position is open to candidates residing in any U.S. state except Washington, city of West Hollywood, CA, Mountain View, CA and the city of Denver, CO. This role is not open to candidates residing in Washington State, West Hollywood, CA, Mountain View, CA or Denver, CO, due to budget constraints related to state-specific compensation disclosure requirements.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CT

COMPENSATION: The pay range for this job is $17.50-19.50 per hour.

The base pay will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As an Order Analyst on the Internal Decoration Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders move smoothly from production to delivery. You'll serve as a key liaison between the internal decoration teams, Sales and Sales Support. Your proactive communication and problem-solving skills directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Review and monitor open orders to ensure FIRST CLASS customer service.
  • Investigate exception orders and work with other internal teams to find quick and exceptional resolutions to issues that best serve our customer while providing excellent customer service.
  • Proactively discover and resolve potential issues such as any order being held up, orders with shortages, past due orders, and order cancelations.
  • Assess order discrepancies (late units, shortages or missing items) and determine when replacement orders are necessary.
  • Provide status updates to sales and support when issues are identified.
  • Send professional emails that are organized, clear, and informative.
  • Ensure all inquiries and status updates are sent or responded to within 24 business hours.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and order management systems
  • Previous customer service, production support, or order management experience preferred
