Procurement Team Member - Order Analyst

Full-Time Employee

Salary Range: $16-$17.50/ Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, monitor, evaluate, and maintain the accuracy of course material information within a database
  • Determine the best method of purchase for all course materials adopted at accounts
  • Contact suppliers via written and verbal communications to garner product information
  • Sourcing physical products with a wide variety of vendors
  • Pricing, submitting, and following up on purchase orders
  • Monitoring a shared inbox
  • Monitoring outstanding orders to ensure students have their course materials on time
  • Communicate with multiple departments to solve problems, create, and carry out resolutions
  • Complete special projects or requests as needed
  • Meet weekly with team members to discuss upcoming strategies, review progress of the past week, and problem-solve obstacles of specific tasks
