Join Red Valve, a trusted brand of DeZURIK, as an Order Administrator and play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer order processing. In this position, you'll work closely with sales and engineering teams to review, validate, and process orders and change orders-making sure every detail aligns with customer purchase requirements.
Your responsibilities will include verifying pricing, discounts, commissions, and tax rates, as well as ensuring product configurations are correct. You'll collaborate across multiple departments to resolve questions, maintain compliance, and keep orders moving through our electronic workflow system. This role offers variety, problem-solving opportunities, and the chance to build strong relationships with internal teams.
