Applications are being accepted for the position of Mail and Order Clerk.

Position Classification: Mail and Order Clerk
Department: Administrative Services

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of postal regulations, shipping, and receiving
  • Accuracy in tracking office inventory and ordering supplies
  • Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Requirements

Duties:

  • Handle pickup, delivery, and messenger responsibilities
  • Process and distribute incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail and packages
  • Run errands, including local deliveries, bank runs, and supply pick-ups, using company vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of postage, meters, and mail usage
  • Load, unload, move, sort, and store incoming shipments and office supplies
  • Keep inventory records and ensure supplies are stocked
  • Perform routine maintenance of mailroom equipment
  • Type, distribute, and file forms related to mailroom operations
  • Provide support across general office functions as needed
