Order Management Clerk
The Order Management Clerk has the responsibility of managing retailer orders and documentation daily. The individual works closely with Order Management Supervisor to ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for success in this position. Taking initiative and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also highly desired traits. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's high growth rate.
Essential Functions:

โ€ข Invoice shipped orders
โ€ข Collaborate to optimize processes with Warehouse, Logistics, Order Management team(s), and others
โ€ข Provide Customer Service for retailers

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in an office environment within a warehouse/shipping facility with a controlled climate in the office area, temperatures vary in the plant area. This role routinely uses but is not limited to standard office equipment such as computers, phones, multifunctional machine, filing cabinets, and label printers. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting (up to 25 lbs.), bending, twisting, and long-term standing may be required at times.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, standard days/hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm with the flexibility of some early hours, evening hours, and weekend work when needed.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Travel:
No overnight or long-distance travel expected for this position Local travel required for errands
