Job description

Warehouse Administrative Assistant
Pay $15-19 /hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional weekends may be required

Position Summary
The Warehouse Administrative Assistant is responsible for processing high-volume inventory and warehouse-related data using computer systems. This includes data entry, scanning, indexing, and verifying information for accuracy. The role requires regular interaction within the department and occasional support to other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently enter pre-determined data into company systems
  • Utilize Oracle and SAP for cycle count reporting and cost roll processes
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • ANSI-approved footwear
Requirements qualifications
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of data entry or related experience
