American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Office Assistant in the Leetsdale, PA area. If you're looking for a great job with a consistent schedule and weekly pay, then you have come to the right place.
Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers' questions and concerns, and assisting the team with administrative duties/billing/inventory and client/staff interactions/meetings.
We are looking for someone that can take initiative and problem solve, that can adapt to new responsibilities or software, and can interact with our drivers, suppliers, warehouse staff, and other office admins in a kind and respectful way.

Has great at customer service skills and enjoys problem solving....
Has STRONG background with computers and can adapt to new software...
