Job description

Inventory & Operations Coordinator

Location: Scotia, NY Pay Rate: 20-24/hr

Job Summary

The Inventory & Operations Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking operational data, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and review daily paperwork from warehouse operators for accuracy.
  • Enter operational and inventory data into ERP.
  • Process inventory adjustments and support inventory reconciliation.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Track operational metrics including timecards, inbound/outbound loads, and pallet counts.
  • Run and distribute inventory reports to relevant departments.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and documentation.
  • Print and manage inventory tags and maintain organized records.
Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
