Job description

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Administrator
Worksite Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Full time
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Benefits (Full Time): Insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holiday pay
Position Overview
We are seeking a candidate who is customer service oriented and has a demonstrated passion for exceeding customer expectations. The Order Fulfillment Administrator is an entry level position for a self-starter, with room for advancement, in a growing company, and responsible for providing support to our clients and customers. If you are positive and enthusiastic about helping customers and working in a team environment, this may be the right job for you.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information on inventory availability, ticket status and billing and payment transactions. Other duties include:
  • Manage ticket inventory by ensuring timely and accurate processing of ticket consignment and ticket purchase requests
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure department coverage is met
  • Provide excellent customer service, always putting the customer first
  • Ensure established productivity and service standards are consistently met
  • Serve as a resource to other team members
  • Duties as assigned
Abilities and Skills
  • Prior experience handling customer requests, analyzing and solving customer issues or concerns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting a friendly and professional telephone manner and grammatically correct, and concise written correspondence
  • A genuine commitment to providing a positive customer experience
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously during peak work periods
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy while meeting deadlines
  • Strong team player with flexibility to help other and work additional hours as needed
  • Strong PC skills, including the ability to learn and use multiple complex systems
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • An interest in sports and entertainment
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for at least 4-6 hours per day
  • Ability to utilize phone for approximately 2-4 hours per day
