The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the DCL account management team while directly managing multiple successful client relationships. The Senior Account Manager takes on the most complex business relationships while fielding all the related details, including setting up new items in our software system, statements of work, project plans, and product/promotion launches. You will closely align with the Client Service Managers with the day-to-day demands of client support.
The Order Administrator will be part of a team that supports a rapidly growing e-commerce program for customers in the consumer technology industry. The Order Administrator will oversee orders at DCL Louisville from interface to point of order leaving distribution center. The OA will manage the inflow of orders, schedule release of the orders to the fulfillment floor, and ensure that orders are shipped on a timely basis to meet the daily cutoff times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the B2C orders interfacing to DCL from the customer by releasing them efficiently to the distribution floor, ensuring that we ship on time and according to the customer cutoff time.
  • Gain an essential understanding of types of B2C orders including routing through customer portals to optimize release strategies. Types of orders include orders shipping via ground, orders shipping via priority, rush orders, promotional orders, single line orders, multiple line orders.
  • Effectively communicate with internal management and internal account management on promotional programs such as product discounts, new SKU releases, any customer promotion that may drive order volume.
  • Communicate with the DCL customer (not consumer) as needed. Serve as liaison between customers and facility and promote and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Examine customer problems and implement appropriate corrective action to initiate response and problem-solving.
  • Assure compliance to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
  • Adhere to the DCL Code of Conduct.
  • Perform sorting and filing
  • Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be proficient with a computer and have experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where temperature is affected by weather conditions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • At least one (1) year of work experience in a distribution/warehouse environment
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in a customer service role
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Logistics and or 3PL supply chain management or contract manufacturing company experience is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
