Position Summary
This is an ongoing, part-time student position. Team members will assist with daily ticket office operations and event-day support at UNM Athletic venues. Duties include assisting customers by phone, email, and in person, selling tickets, making outbound calls, and helping manage guest lists and ticketing logistics on game days.
Important Requirement:
To be eligible for this position, you must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for the Fall semester. Please let us know if you have State or Federal Work-Study.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Sell season, group, and individual game tickets using ticketing software.
  • Make outbound calls related to ticket sales and promotions.
  • Assist with ticket sales, customer support, and guest list check-ins at UNM Athletic events.
  • Support full-time staff with general office tasks and game-day operations as needed.
