Plumbing Office Manager Needed
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Office Manager to join our team in Chatsworth, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a plumbing or home-service office and be comfortable overseeing daily operations, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, and office personnel.
Service Titan experience is REQUIRED. 
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated manager who can keep the office running efficiently, improve productivity, reduce unnecessary overhead, and help the company achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing office.
  • Manage, train, and motivate office and CSR staff.
  • Oversee customer service, scheduling, and technician dispatch.
  • Use ServiceTitan daily to manage customers, jobs, scheduling, reporting, and office operations.
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, booking rates, and overall office performance.
  • Track and report on employee and company productivity.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and field management.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalated issues professionally.
  • Help improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor estimates, invoices, payments, and other office functions.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job information.
  • Make sure the office is organized, responsive, and operating at a high level.
Requirements
  • ServiceTitan experience REQUIRED.
  • QuickBooks knowledge 
  • experience in Microsoft word/ excel and PowerPoint 
  • Previous management experience in a plumbing, HVAC, or home-service company strongly preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently with multiple software systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing employees and tracking KPIs.
  • Reliable, professional, and accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
