  • Manage lease renewals, including preparing notices, tracking responses, and following up with residents

  • Assist with lease recertifications in compliance with company policies and housing regulations

  • Maintain accurate and organized resident records (digital and physical files)

  • Process and track rent payments to ensure accurate resident account balances

  • Respond to resident inquiries regarding renewals, recertifications, and rent payments

  • Support management with delinquent accounts and required notices

  • Provide professional, timely customer service to promote positive resident relations Partner with leasing and property management teams to support daily operations and ensure a smooth resident experience
