Position Summary
This is an office assistant position for the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 with the possibility of renewal dependent on work-study award. Summer 2026 hours possible as well.
Duties include: assisting with PCard and reimbursement expenses in Chrome River, delivery/pickup of documents, packages, and other items around main campus. Filing and organizing documents, inventory of office supplies, copying and scanning, managing the front office and greeting/directing students, faculty, and staff. Miscellaneous duties as assigned and general support of faculty/staff within the department.
