Job Description Summary
Provide office and event support for the Fish Interfaith Center and the Office of Church Relations during hours of operation: 8am - 9pm Monday through Friday and 2 - 6pm on Sundays. Demonstrate a high level of customer service and hospitality to all guests. Deliver short tours in cooperation with the Office of Admission.
Responsibilities
General office duties, including answering phones, reception and giving tours of facility, assisting in set up for meetings/programs, and operating AV equipment. Care for the building and the art within it. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal capabilities. Ability to work well with a diverse population. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
