Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is seeking an Office Coordinator who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

The Office Coordinator is responsible for performing a wide variety of activities as directed by the Operations Director. They will be responsible for scheduling, medical records, handling inbound and outbound communications, transferring information effectively and timely to the correct staff, and assisting the Clinical and Medical Team as needed. The Office Coordinator will collaborate with the Treatment Team to maintain communication between treatment team members, members, family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed. They will align all practices with the organization's mission, vision, and ethical codes of conduct. As a visible and responsible entity of the organization, the Office Coordinator is expected to conduct all actions in accordance with these standards to ensure the positive public opinion of the organization
