As our Office Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, recruiting top talent, and creating a welcoming, organized environment where both agents and staff can thrive.

What You'll Do (besides being awesome)👥 Recruiting & Hiring
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Review incoming applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with the Manager.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare candidate materials, and help facilitate a smooth interview experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding by initiating new hire paperwork, scheduling start dates, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Promote open positions through job boards, recruiting platforms, networking, and referral efforts.
📱 Social Media & Office Branding
  • Publish engaging content across our social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Assist with promoting open positions and recruiting campaigns through social media and other digital channels.
  • Help maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional online presence that reflects the NetWorth Realty of Houston brand.
📝 Office & Administrative Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming phone calls with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Maintain office supplies, place orders, and coordinate office equipment maintenance.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Managers and associates.
  • Support day-to-day office operations through data entry, filing, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Track important deadlines and help keep office operations organized and on schedule.
💰 Financial & Office Operations
  • Maintain office reports, trackers, and internal databases.
  • Record and submit monthly office expenses.
  • Manage office subscriptions and recurring services.
